Our product range is available exclusively from IMO. We pride ourselves on our ability to supply quality, New Zealand made product. All our furniture is designed in house and manufacturing outsourced to local suppliers. Product is assembled and distributed from our Auckland warehouse. This gives us the ability to easily customise products and work to shorter lead times.

Australia

We sell our A2 and Baker Stools direct to Australian customers. We keep the parts in stock however some parts may require powder coating. The lead time ex Auckland is 10 working days if powder coating is required or 3 working days if the parts are available. Once an order is placed we provide a dispatch date. Payment is required in full prior to dispatch - this can be made by International Money Transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Tracking details are then provided once the goods have been dispatched. The ETA ex Auckland to the main cities is about 5 working days. Please visit the product pages for AUD prices and shipping costs. GST and customs charges will need to be paid on arrival into Australia - the Carrier will contact you prior to delivery. The Customs Fee is appx. $40 AUD and the Duty 0% with the FTA. Kase Storage is made on license in Australia by Schiavello. They are the exclusive distributor of Kase in Australia, Singapore & United Arab Emirates. www.schiavello.com.au

Material Samples

Samples of materials such as powder coat finishes, timber and laminate are available if you live outside of Auckland or cannot visit our showroom. We can also provide samples of our complete products where required. Please enquire for further details.

Shipping & Installation

We ship from Auckland to any location in New Zealand and offer an installation service in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We also ship our products worldwide, please enquire for rates.

Lead Time

We make items such as upholstery, desking and tables to order. For items that aren't in stock this takes about 5 weeks. However please contact us for stock availablity as we often have components in stock for small orders. We also have a two week quick ship option ex Auckland for A2, Baker, Kase Storage and Parker. Please enquire to confirm stock availablity. Further details can be found on the product pages. Once an order is placed we determine the exact delivery date based on current and anticipated factory capacity. An Order Confirmation is then sent which provides all the details you need to know about your order and how it will be shipped.

Payment & Deposits

We require a 30% deposit for all orders with balance due upon shipment of goods. We accept payment by Cash, Direct Credit, Eftpos, MasterCard or Visa. Our Kiwibank bank details for direct credits are: IMO Group Ltd, 38-9005-0098810-00. The Kiwibank swift code if required is: CITINZ2X.
